FREE GUIDE!
A change in movement, capacity, or load management elsewhere can influence how that joint is being asked to work.
This guide helps you begin looking at the broader pattern.

How to perform a simple 4-point movement self-check in under 5 minutes — to reveal whether a joint limitation is driving your pain, and exactly where in your body to start looking.
How to identify an overloaded joint that is localized, visible, and has existed in your body for some time now. The pain you feel is not random, and didn't come out of "nowhere."
Why one-size-fits-all solutions can fall short. Relief strategies may be useful, but recurring symptoms often need a broader assessment of movement, current capacity, and the demands you are asking your body to handle.
How to use symptoms as useful information alongside an assessment of movement, capacity, training demands, and recovery.

Wow wow wow! This guide was SO eye-opening! There are so many valid points in here about what we have always been taught is the “right way” and why those options haven’t worked for us! This is the stuff that the doctors and personal trainers are not talking about!!

I used this guide to figure out what was going on with my hip pain, and one simple movement immediately revealed that I have an imbalance on one side of my body. It's something I've probably been compensating for without even realizing it, and I've only been given the advice of stretching and resting - not how to figure out the root cause. This pain audit was super helpful!

WHY I BUILT THIS
…and I help active adults understand recurring joint symptoms, rebuild the capacity their goals require, and keep doing the activities that make them feel like themselves.
I've spent more than twenty years coaching highly motivated, athletic people through the hardest physical challenges of their lives.
I hold a Master's degree in exercise science and have worked with runners, golfers, hikers, and CrossFitters who were told their only options were to rest, modify, or accept. But it hasn't always been this way…
When depression hit me, I turned to running to get myself back. It worked — until my knees and hips started screaming. I pushed through because that's what I'd always done. Then one afternoon, my foot folded underneath me and I was on crutches for a month.
Everything changed when I learned to look beyond the joint that hurt and assess the broader movement and loading patterns that can influence recurring symptoms. I went deep into corrective exercise and movement screening, and discovered that my body had been compensating for years in ways I'd never been trained to see.
I built a system that does more than chase short-term relief. It helps clients identify meaningful movement patterns, establish a starting point, and build toward the demands of their real lives. I got my runs back. I got my life back.
I created this free audit so you can see the movement issues your body has been compensating for. It is the first clue that there is a specific problem to find—and a real path to addressing it.
See you inside!
